Karen Beals, ACC
Karen is highly adept in coaching individuals and teams to make choices that allow them to create their lives from a place of 100% responsibility Seven years of experience in coaching, training and facilitating. She has led leadership retreats and teams, including locations in Shanghai, China and the UK. Karen is an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
Merci Miglino, PCC
Merci offers a unique perspective and understanding of corporate (including hospitality, retail and event planning, legislative government operations and non-profit work cultures. As an executive and business coach and trainer, Merci supports leaders and managers in creating a self- managed workplace, by leading effective communication to sustain awesome teams. Merci has coached internationally including Europe, Canada, Australia, South America, and Asia. She serves as Director of Training for ICA, an international coaching training institute.
Merci specializes in Leadership and Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Dealing with Difficult People, New Leader Integration, Managing Change, and Coaching Skills for Managers. She has also has held diverse leadership and management positions in the NYS Assembly and Senate working with senior staff and high-ranking leadership coordinating with White House and Congressional Leaders. Merci holds a Bachelors Degree in Education. She has also received certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
Dina Juras, IWCC
Dina believes that when we align our passions with our purpose we are fully engaged in life. Her approach to working with others is to invite multiple ways of knowing and build on each individual’s innate wisdom and unique gifts. Dina brings a wealth of experience in leadership, facilitation, critical thinking and coaching skills to her work with clients. Dina is a certified Interpersonal Wellness Coach and a facilitator of Respecting Differences workshops. She brings years of experience working as an Executive in the Canadian Public Service.
Tanya McGinnity, PCC
Tanya brings a wide range of experience to the classroom, having worked in the corporate sector, with leaders in a range of roles. Having worked around the globe in countries such as India, US, France, Malaysia, Philippines, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Spain, in sectors of Professional Services, Financial Services, Information Technology, Pharma and Market Research industries. She has worked with partners in performance with Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Fidelity, EMC2, Microsoft, Accenture, Roche, KPMG, King, Karen Millen, Oracle and Mason Hayes & Curran.
Tanya is an experienced facilitator of tools such as: MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator), FIRO B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation), ECR Emotional Capital Report by Rochemartin, Human Needs Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. Tanya has a BA Hons. from Dublin City University and is a qualified yoga and tai chi instructor and an ICF PCC recognized coach. Tanya lives in Barcelona, coaches online and travels to Dublin regularly for sessions.
