Joyce Odidison, MA, PCC

Joyce is training director at Wellness Improvement Coaching Institute, a former instructor at both college and university levels and a professional certified coach with the International Coach Federation. Merci MiginoMerci Miglino, MCC

Mentor Coach and Wellness Facilitator Instructor – NY

Merci offers a unique perspective and understanding of corporate (including hospitality, retail and event planning, legislative government operations and non-profit work cultures.  As an executive and business coach and trainer, Merci supports leaders and managers in creating a self- managed workplace, by leading effective communication to sustain awesome teams. Merci has coached internationally including Europe, Canada, Australia, South America, and Asia.  She serves as Director of Training for ICA, an international coaching training institute.

Merci specializes in Leadership and Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Dealing with Difficult People, New Leader Integration, Managing Change, and Coaching Skills for Managers. She has also has held diverse leadership and management positions in the NYS Assembly and Senate working with senior staff and high-ranking leadership coordinating with White House and Congressional Leaders. Merci holds a Bachelors Degree in Education. She has also received certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.

 


Kim Standeven, ACC

Kim brings over 10 years of leadership experience in Aviation combined with her professional coaching certification to support those in organizations and with personal clients to live a balanced, fulfilled and purposeful life.

In the past 13 years, Kim has focused on supporting people build their leadership skills through developing mentorship programs and one on one coaching with clients all across Canada. Kim holds the ICF credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC), bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an HR Management Certificate.  Kim is also a strong facilitator and has facilitated certified coach programs, leadership training and personal development workshops throughout her career.

Kim’s compassionate, open and supportive style creates an environment for her clients to succeed. Kim has experienced much success in supporting her clients to make positive changes in their life and career.

Kim is also an instructor at the IWS Coaching institute providing leadership coach training, mentoring and support to new coaches.


Janine A. Schindler, BS, MA, MCC

Janine is a Master Certified Coach, a leadership development facilitator, and the analytical leader’s go-to partner when “good to great” isn’t – bridging left brain smarts with right brain results. Her intuition, integrity, and expertise, accompanied by a sense of humor, enable her to be an effective catalyst for professional and personal growth. She says, “I love to help clients unleash their potential through coaching and training, supporting them in each of their goals—watching them win the gold while I cheer from the stands!”

Janine quickly establishes rapport with her clients and then generates insights by encouraging solution-focused conversations. Her experience and training that focuses on brain-based leadership, positive psychology, and systems and change theories, uniquely benefits her clients. She has worked with many industries including: financial, insurance, global consulting, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and media.
